What you need

dash freshly cracked black pepper

tsp cumin

tsp kosher salt

tsp cayenne pepper

can black beans
can diced tomatoes with green chiles

tortilla chips

cup fresh cilantro

nacho cheese sauce

lb ground beef

avocado

oz shredded mexican cheese blend

jalapeno

scallion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Heat a large pan over medium high. Add in the ground beef and cook until browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Set aside. In a large sheet tray, pour out the nacho cheese and spread it flat with a spatula. Top that with the cooked ground beef spread out, then the black beans spread out, the tomatoes spread out, the Mexican cheese spread out, then finally the jalapeño slices spread out. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. On another large sheet tray, lay out a flat layer of tortilla chips. Carefully pour the cheese mixture on top of the chips. Garnish with avocado, scallions, cilantro, and pickled onions. Serve and enjoy immediately!View original recipe
