What you need

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

bunch scallion

tsp red pepper flake

lb salmon

cucumber

clove garlic clove

tbsp olive oil

cup soy sauce

cup teriyaki sauce

cup cooked sushi rice

in fresh ginger

avocado
Instructions
Marinate the salmon in soy sauce, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and (optional) red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. When ready to cook, remove salmon from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear salmon skin-side down first (if there is skin), for 3-5 minutes. Flip, then sear 3-5 minutes on the other side, or until salmon is cooked to your liking. Serve salmon atop bowls of white rice with avocado, cucumber, kimchi, and green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
