What you need

tsp celery salt

oz yellow mustard

tbsp butter

dill pickle

hot dog bun

tsp poppy seed
fresh tomatoes

beef hot dogs

dash green food color
Instructions
Poke a long skewer all the way through the middle of the hot dogs, lengthwise. Using a sharp knife, cut around the skewered dog on a diagonal, moving downward, to create a spiral. Heat a grill or cast iron skillet. Add the hot dogs and cook until you get nice char marks, and the hot dogs are heated all the way through. Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Toast both sides of the hot dog buns in the butter, then sprinkle on poppy seeds to the outside of the buns. Assemble hot dogs - place the cooked hot dogs into the buns, then drizzle on mustard. On either side of the dog, spread out the onions, tomato slices, relish, sport peppers, and pickle spears. Sprinkle celery salt on top and enjoy!View original recipe
