Spicy Tuna/Salmon Rice Paper Crisps w/ Egg Yolk

What you need
fl oz vegetable oil

tsp sesame seed

rice paper

cucumber

scallion

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

egg yolk

oz fish

tbsp mayo
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the fish, soy sauce, sriracha, kewpie mayo, scallions, and sesame seeds. Stir to evenly mix. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high. Carefully place the egg yolks each on a rice paper sheet. Once the oil is at least 350F, carefully drop in the rice paper quarters one by one. They should very quickly puff up. Set them aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Place the diced cucumbers and the fish mixture on each fried rice paper chip, and garnish with furikake. Enjoy!View original recipe
