Spicy Tuna Sushi Dumplings

What you need

oz sesame seed

tsp salt

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

tsp black pepper

rice paper

cup cooked sushi rice

in cucumber

tbsp sesame oil

avocado
can water-packed tuna

tbsp green onion
nori

tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the tuna, sriracha, kewpie mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sliced green onion. Stir to mix. One by one, dip each rice paper sheet into a plate full of water, just enough to get each side damp. Place the soaked sheet on a cutting board, then place down a rectangle of nori. Top that with a spoonful of sushi rice, plus some sesame seeds. Spoon on some of the tuna mixture. Top with some avocado & cucumber slices, then another piece of nori. Roll the spring roll up to seal it. Pour some sesame seeds onto a plate, then dip the spring roll into the sesame seeds to coat on both sides. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high. Place the dumplings into the pan to sear for about 3 minutes per side, until golden. Serve with ponzu sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
