What you need

fl oz sparkling water

orange juice

fl oz tequila

lime juice

tbsp agave syrup

mango
Instructions
Cut the meat off the mangos and use a knife to carefully peel of the skin. Cut the flesh into very thin slices. Using 3-4 slices at a time, roll them up in a flower-like shape. Place those into the cubes of an ice tray. Pour the mango orange juice into the cubes, filling them about 1/2 the way with juice. Place into the freezer for at least 4 hours (should be fully solid). When ready to make the margaritas, line the rims of the glasses you’re using with agave. Lay some kosher salt on a small plate and twist the rim of the glasses in the salt, to create salted rims. Next, fill a cocktail shaker with the tequila, juice from oranges and limes, agave, and a cup of ice. Shake well. Remove the mango ice cubes from the freezer and place around 5 into each margarita glass. Pour the margarita mixture into the glasses, about 2/3 of the way full. Top the glasses with some sparkling water. Serve and enjoy immediately!View original recipe
