Sandwich “bread” made with pickles and cheese 😱 believe it or not, it actually works and it tastes really good! 🥪 This was an idea from @shredhappens for a low carb sandwich “bread” option, and I’m honestly veryyy here for it 🫡 recipe below‼️

slice kosher pickle chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay the pickle slices on a paper towel and use another paper towel on top to pat them dry. Create 2 piles of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, and spread the piles out a bit into two bread-sized squares. Lay the pickles on top of the cheese, then sprinkle on a thin layer of more cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes, until cheese is lightly golden. Remove from oven when done and allow to cool slightly. Wipe up any liquid with a paper towel. Use the pickle / cheese slabs to assemble a sandwich! I made mine with turkey, salami, mustard, spicy mayo, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Slice into triangles and enjoy!View original recipe
