A delicious and romantic charcuterie appetizer featuring heart-shaped Brie bites dipped in spicy honey and a nut-cherry mixture, served with prosciutto, fig jam, bread, and crackers. Perfect for impressing someone special on Valentine's Day or any romantic occasion.

Instructions

1. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter (or just a knife) to cut out heart shapes in the Brie. 
2. In a flat bowl or plate, combine the walnuts, pistachios, and cherries. Stir to mix.
3. On a small plate, pour the spicy honey. Dip one side of the Brie hearts into the honey so there’s a decent layer of honey on top. 
4. Next, dip the honey side of the Brie hearts into the nut & dried cherry mixture. Set the hearts aside.
5. Lay prosciutto slices on a plate, and place a small dollop of fig jam on each slice of prosciutto. 
6. Place one of the Brie hearts on each dollop of fig jam. Serve with bread or crackers. Enjoy!
