A refreshing treat that’s a ~new & different~ way to eat yummy fruit! 🫐🍒 Sago pearls are squishy and delightful, when combined with tart & juicy fruit it makes for a creamy and heavenly bite.

What you need

cup milk

tbsp honey

cup pomegranate arils
cup sago
cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
Bring a small pot of water to boil. Add in the sago, and cook for 10 minutes. The pearls should be translucent. Drain out the water in a strainer, and rinse the sago with cold water. Set aside. In a large bowl, add in the nata de coco, cooked sago, pomegranate arils, and blueberries. Pour in the honey and milk. Add in the ice and stir well. Serve in small bowls.
