Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Covered Bananas with Biscoff Cookie Butter

My favorite iteration of pumpkin spice of the season so far! Pumpkin spice/white chocolate covered bananas with biscoff cookie butter. They are addicting, consider yourself warned!

What you need

tbsp cookie butter

cup white chocolate chips

banana

tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping halfway to stir. Add the pumpkin spice seasoning to the melted white chocolate and stir to combine. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment. Spread the banana slices out, and carefully add on a small dime sized dollop of biscoff cookie butter onto each slice. Using a spoon or fork, dip the biscoff covered bananas into the white chocolate mixture and evenly coat them. Carefully place them back onto the lined baking sheet. Freeze for about an hour, and enjoy frozen whenever you’d like!View original recipe
