What you need

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp honey

oz sesame seed

cup soy sauce

clove garlic clove

tbsp sesame oil

in ginger root

lb salmon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Cut the 4 fillets into 3 long strips each, then braid them. Tuck the salmon tightly into itself so it holds the shape. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and chili crisp. Stir to mix. Brush the sauce on the salmon, putting plenty on each piece. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until your desired doneness is reached. Serve with rice and smashed cucumbers (recipe in linked reel!) garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy!View original recipe
