1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Lay the scallion pancakes on a clean work surface. Cut it into long triangles and then roll them up into little croissant shapes. 3. Brush the croissants with the beaten egg, then sprinkle on the sesame seeds. 4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
