What you need

dill pickle

tsp red pepper flake

oz mustard
cup lean ground beef

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tsp kosher salt

tomato

red onion

oz sharp cheddar

cup tater tot

cup romaine lettuce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Meanwhile, place 5 or 6 frozen tater tots into the holes of a muffin tin. Bake for 10 minutes, until just warmed up. Remove from oven and use a small cup to push the tater tots down into a cup shape. Place back into the oven for about 20 minutes, until tater tot muffins are dark golden brown around the edges. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick pan over medium. Add in the ground beef and break up while cooking. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the beef is browned. Drain the excess fat and set aside. When the tater tots muffins are ready, spoon the cooked ground beef into each muffin opening. Place a slice of the sharp cheddar onto each, then place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top the muffins with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and pickled onions. Serve and enjoy immediately!View original recipe
