Matcha Affogato with Strawberry Magic Shell

What you need

cup freeze-dried strawberries

cup white chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

cup water

pinch salt

tsp matcha powder

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway, until fully melted and smooth. Using a food processor, blitz the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. Add to the melted white chocolate, along with the vanilla and salt. Stir until evenly combined. Add the matcha to a separate small bowl and pour in the hot water. Whisk until the matcha is dissolved and the mixture is foamy. Scoop vanilla ice cream into serving bowls, then drizzle the strawberry white chocolate magic shell over the ice creamāit should harden within seconds! Pour the matcha over top.
