A refreshing and parasite-safe (as per the original post) dessert made by freezing hollowed-out fruit halves and then scraping them into cream or milk to create a soft-serve-like 'ice cream'. Topped with a drizzle of honey.
Cut each fruit in half and scoop out a large, bowl-like dent in the middle of each half. Wrap the fruit halves in plastic wrap and place them into the freezer overnight. Once fully frozen, remove the plastic wrap. Pour cream or milk into the bowl-like dent of the fruit. Stir the cream while scraping the frozen fruit to incorporate it into the cream. Continue until the cream freezes and matches the color of the fruit. Scoop into bowls and top with honey. Serve and enjoy immediately!
