Alexa Whats for Dinner

In a flat bowl, combine the minced garlic, finely chopped sun dried tomatoes + sun dried tomato oil, finely chopped fresh parsley, dried basil, and grated Parmesan. Mix well. Cut the Brie into small triangles and then cut those triangles in half lengthwise, so only one side of each triangle still has rind. Stick small skewers into the wider part of the triangles. Pour the honey onto a plate and spread it out. Dip the non-rind side of the Brie triangles into the honey to get an even thin layer on. Then dip the honey-coated Brie into the garlic/parsley mixture to get an even layer of that paste on there. Serve the little Christmas tree Bries with crackers and bread. Enjoy!
