Set up an area with your nonstick baking mat, cold pan, and cookie cutters. For each dalgona candy, you need 1.5 tbsp sugar and a pinch of baking soda. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high and add in the sugar. Once it starts melting, stir it until it’s fully melted and just starting to slightly brown. Working quickly, add in a pinch of baking soda and stir. The mixture will quickly puff up. Carefully pour the mixture into a round shape on the nonstick baking mat. Wait about 20 seconds, then flatten it with the cold pan. Quickly use the cookie cutters to press the shapes of your choosing. To play the game, use a needle to remove the inner shape without breaking it. Good luck!View original recipe
