Dad's Famous Breakfast Potatoes with Spicy Ketchup

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add in potatoes and toss to evenly coat in the oil. Sprinkle on some kosher salt and cook for about 10 minutes, until potatoes start to soften. Add in onion and jalapeño and cook for 7-10 minutes, until onions are soft and translucent. Add in garlic and cook for about a minute, until fragrant. Add in black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne powder, paprika, and more salt if needed. Toss to evenly coat. The potatoes should be golden brown, soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside. Serve with Heinz Spicy Ketchups and enjoy!
