What you need

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp kosher salt

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
Hard boil the eggs: bring a medium pot to a boil and carefully drop in the eggs. Boil for 12 minutes, then remove eggs from the water and set aside. Remove the shells from the eggs, and cut each egg in half lengthwise. In a medium bowl, put each of the cooked egg yolks. Set the cooked whites aside. To the yolks, add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Carefully spoon or pipe equal parts of the yolk mixture into each of the holes in the egg whites. Garnish with sprinkles of paprika.
