What you need
oil packed sun dried tomatoes

tbsp fresh parsley

tsp dried basil

clove garlic clove

tbsp parmesan cheese

brie
Instructions
In a flat bowl, combine the minced garlic, sun dried tomatoes + oil, parsley, dried basil, and Parmesan. Mix well. Cut the Brie into small triangles and then cut those triangles in half lengthwise, so only one side of each triangle still has rind. Stick small skewers into the wider part of the triangles. Pour the honey onto a plate and spread it out. Dip the non-rind side of the Brie triangles into the honey to get an even thin layer on. Then dip the honey-coated Brie into the garlic/parsley mixture to get an even layer of that paste on there. Serve the little Christmas tree Bries with crackers and bread. Enjoy!View original recipe
