Chocolate Date Brownie Bites

This easy recipe is the perfect healthy treat! Medjool dates, nut butter, and cocoa are blended into a fudgy, brownie-like texture—all dipped in rich dark chocolate and finished with flaky sea salt.

What you need

tbsp oat flour

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp chocolate protein powder

tbsp cocoa powder

cup medjool dates

cup dark chocolate chips

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1. Into a food processor, add in the dates, protein powder, nut butter, oat flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Pulse until evenly blended. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Use your hands to roll the date mixture into 5 ping pong sized balls. Set onto the baking sheet. 3. Add dark chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, or until melted/smooth. 4. Dip the date balls into the melted chocolate until evenly coated and place back onto the baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with some flaky salt and put into the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge to eat within a week.View original recipe
