Line a sheet pan or large plate with parchment paper. Using a spoon, coat each pretzel rod evenly with yogurt and place the pretzels on the parchment. Sprinkle the Flip® mix-ins over the top, along with Halloween-themed sprinkles, and candy eyeballs for garnish. Place in the freezer to allow the yogurt to harden for about 30 minutes.
