Chicken Caesar Salad Cups

This easy recipe is a perfect appetizer for summer, served in tortilla cones and made with just a few ingredients.

What you need

oz parmesan cheese

cooked chicken breast

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

head romaine lettuce

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface. Roll them into cone shapes and use a toothpick to secure each one closed. Use small pieces of crumpled up aluminum foil inside of each cone to help them hold their shape. 3. Place the cones onto the baking sheet and spray them with cooking spray. 4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside. 5. In a large bowl, place the chopped romaine lettuce, plus chopped chicken breast, and Caesar dressing. Mix to coat evenly. 6.
