What you need

fl oz olive oil

mini marshmallows

cup walnut

tbsp granulated sugar
purple potatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Use a fork to poke many holes in the sweet potato, then drizzle a bit of olive oil to cover the potato. Wrap the potato tightly in aluminum foil, then place it into the oven to bake for 45 minutes-1 hour, until the potato is very tender. Once the potato is done, slice it in half lengthwise and then slice some slits into the soft flesh. Rub a knob of butter all over the flesh. Sprinkle on an even layer of the granulated sugar, then use a kitchen torch to brûlée the top until it’s deeply golden and hardened. Place on the mini marshmallows and use the kitchen torch to brown those. Add on the chopped walnuts. Serve immediately and enjoy!View original recipe
