What you need

tbsp granulated sugar

cup pistachio nuts

tbsp olive oil

crusty bread

oz cream cheese

slice prosciutto

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place slices of prosciutto spaced apart on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. In a food processor, add in goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and salt. Pulse until very smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Spread goat cheese mixture out in a flat bowl. Sprinkle granulated sugar evenly over the top. Using a kitchen torch, burn the sugar on top until melted and deep golden brown. Top the brûléed goat cheese with the crispy prosciutto, crumbled into small pieces. Add on the pistachios, dates, and pomegranate arils. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy.View original recipe
