What you need

fl oz honey

oz brie

tbsp pumpkin seeds

peach

slice baguette

fl oz extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp pine nut

fl oz Hot Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place Brie onto a parchment-lined baking dish. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until just starting to become gooey. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high. Add in the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. Cook, stirring/tossing occasionally to brown the nuts. Add in a hearty drizzle of honey and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and repeat with the diced peaches. Cook until lightly browned, then add a drizzle of honey and set aside. On top of the Brie, add a thin layer of granulated sugar. Use a kitchen torch to brûlée the top until deeply caramelized. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then add the candied nuts and peaches on top. Serve with baguette and enjoy!View original recipe
