What you need

tsp maple syrup
egg
tbsp coarse sugar
Brioche Loaf
bunch berry
Instructions
Mix egg, yogurt, and maple syrup until well incorporated. Using the back of a spoon, make a well in the pieces of bread. Pour the egg mixture into bread wells. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, until the custard is set. Remove from oven and sprinkle coarse sugar on top. Using a kitchen torch, brulee the sugar until melted and crispy.
