What you need

artichoke

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add in a generous amount of salt. Place in the 2 artichokes to cook, making sure they’re covered by water (or at least mostly covered). Cover the pot and boil the artichokes for 45 minutes-1 hour. You can tell they’re done when you can easily stick a butter knife stuck into the stem area (it should be quite tender). Remove from the water and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to mix evenly. Serve the cooked artichokes with the mayo mixture. Enjoy!View original recipe
