Black Garlic Compound Butter
Serves 810 mins prep0 mins cook
If I had a dollar for every time my grocery delivery was wrong 😅 it’s okay, sometimes the delivery mistakes inspire me to make cool stuff like this! Black garlic is really cool… it originated in East Asia, and it’s just aged/fermented garlic that takes on a really interesting flavor! It’s almost sweet and tastes a bit like balsamic vinegar imo?
