Biscoff Cookie Butter Baked Oats

I’ve seen folks share baked oats online for a while, and have always wanted to try them myself! I finally did & am obsesssssssed 🥰

What you need
cup cookie crumbs

cup rolled oats

pinch salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp baking powder

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract
egg

ripe banana

cup pecan nuts

tbsp biscoff spread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8-12 ounce ramekin. To a blender, add oats, milk, banana, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into the greased ramekin. Add in pecans and cookie butter. It’s okay if the cookie butter sinks to the bottom! Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the mixture is cooked through. Top with Biscoff cookie crumbs if you like! Enjoy!View original recipe
