What you need

fl oz caramel sauce

tsp table salt

tsp cinnamon

tbsp brown sugar

cup water

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tsp vanilla extract

cup pumpkin puree
egg

tbsp unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
In a medium pot over medium heat, add in the water, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low, and add in the flour. Use a spatula to stir in the flour until it’s all incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree and egg. Use an electric mixer or stand mixer to mix. Stop once the dough is evenly incorporated. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray it with cooking spray. Place the dough into a piping bag with a large star tip. Squeeze out the churros, about 5 inches long each. Use scissors to cut the dough. Place the churros into the fridge for an hour. Preheat air fryer to 350 and spray the basket with cooking spray. Spray the churros with cooking spray and place them onto the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. On a plate, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir to mix, then roll the cooked churros in the sugar mixture. Serve churros with caramel sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
