A wildly easy and delicious lunch recipe for a nori wrap, inspired by @spoonforkbacon. This creative hack combines a tuna mixture with avocado, cucumber, and rice inside a folded nori sheet.

In a bowl, combine tuna, kewpie mayo, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix until evenly combined. Cut a slit in the middle of the nori that only goes halfway up the sheet - this will create quadrants. On one quadrant, place the tuna mixture and flatten it down. On another quadrant, place the avocado slices. On another quadrant, place the cucumber slices. On the last quadrant, place some of the cooked white rice. Top with extra drizzles of sriracha and kewpie mayo. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of that. Fold up one of the bottom quadrants to meet the top. Then fold that section over to meet the other quadrant. Fold that over to meet the final quadrant. You will now have a tucked in wrap. Enjoy!
