Festive Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice tray, filling each slot about 2/3 of the way. In each slot, add some pomegranate seeds and small orange pieces. Add small sprigs of rosemary, then put the tray into the freezer until frozen solid.

Once the cubes have frozen, add 2 or 3 of the cubes into each champagne flute. Fill your champagne flute with champagne or Prosecco and enjoy!
