In a large bowl, add the ground beef and onion dip mix. Stir to evenly combine, then using clean hands, roll the meat into 5 small balls. Heat olive oil in a large grill pan or cast iron skillet over high heat. Add the burger patties and use a spatula to squish them into flat yet thick patties. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the bottoms are browned. Flip the burgers, then add the cheese slices on top. Allow to cook for about 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the burgers have reached your desired doneness. Set burgers aside. Heat a separate pan over medium high. Spread softened butter on the insides of the hamburger buns, then place the buns butter side down to cook until golden brown and toasted. Set aside. Heat a pot over medium-high and add in the Saucy Spoon Jalapeño Bourbon Baked Beans. Cook until bubbling and fully warmed up. Assemble the burgers! Place the cooked cheeseburgers onto the toasted buns. Top with tomato slices, avocado slices, ketchup, mustard, and any other toppings you enjoy. Serve the burgers with the baked beans, plus any other accoutrement you like - such as potato salad, corn, pickles, etc. Enjoy!
