Could not be more in love with this frozen mango “shaved ice”! The microplane makes the frozen fruit light & airy while maintaining all the flavor and deliciousness! The original idea with strawberries was inspired by @littlefatboyfrankie - and I was so excited to try this out on diff fruits with diff flavor combos! What other versions should I try out?!

Using a microplane, carefully shave the frozen mango into a small bowl. Use a paper towel in between the fruit & your fingers to keep them from getting too cold! Top the shaved fruit with lime zest & juice, honey, and tajin. Enjoy immediately!
