This version of holiday-themed ice cubes with delicious pear & ginger is perfect for adding to champagne!

In an ice maker tray, add in about a teaspoon of diced pear into each hole. Add in a pinch of fresh ginger, a few pomegranate arils, and a sprig of rosemary. Pour in the apple juice to fill the cube holes, and place the tray into the freezer. Once the ice cubes are frozen, serve them in glasses of champagne. Enjoy!
