This heavenly combo features the juiciest summer tomatoes plus rich & delicious garlic.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Place tomatoes & garlic in a small oven safe dish, then pour olive oil in until the garlic & tomatoes are covered. Season with salt & top with a few sprigs of thyme. Bake 2 hours, until garlic and tomatoes are meltingly tender. Serve on top of toast. Enjoy!
