In a sealable jar, combine the vodka, pickle spear, 3 pickle coins, 2 ounces of dill pickle brine, and sprigs of fresh dill. Place in the fridge to infuse/chill. Place 2 martini glasses into the freezer to chill. Meanwhile, break the feta up into small crumbles, and stuff the pitted olives with the feta. Place the stuffed olives in a small dish and drizzle on some olive oil and crushed red pepper. Using cocktail skewers, create skewers with a couple of the feta stuffed olives, a cornichon pickle or two, a couple of the garlic stuffed olives, and the remaining dill pickle coins. Set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with a couple handfuls of ice, then pour in 4-6 ounces of the infused vodka, the remaining 2 ounces of dill pickle brine, and the dry vermouth. Shake well, then pour into the chilled martini glasses. Garnish with the olive/pickle skewers and enjoy immediately!
