A nostalgic and satisfying 'cold supper' featuring homemade egg salad and tuna salad, perfect for serving with bagels or as a light meal.

For the egg salad: Add the hard boiled eggs into a large bowl, and mash them into small pieces. Add in the mayonnaise & spicy mustard, and season with kosher salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Stir to evenly mix. For the tuna salad: In a separate large bowl, add in the drained tuna & mayonnaise. Season with kosher salt & black pepper to taste. Stir to evenly mix. Serve both salads with bagels, tomatoes, or other accompaniments for a complete cold supper.
