This is the most divine oatmeal ever, featuring juicy summer stone fruits and made with whole milk instead of water for elite creaminess, flavor, and protein.

Pour milk into a small pot over medium high heat. Add in the salt and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in the rolled oats and drop the heat to medium so the mixture is at a gentle simmer. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes, or until the milk is absorbed and the oats are very softened. Add in 1 tsp honey and the cinnamon and stir to incorporate. Set aside. Melt butter in a pan over medium high heat, then add in the chopped plum and peach. Drizzle in the other tsp honey and cook, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is very softened (about 5 minutes). In a bowl, pour in the cooked oats. Top them with the cooked fruit, then sprinkle on the chopped nuts. Serve and enjoy!
