Transform leftover jellied cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving into a decadent two-ingredient dessert by coating frozen cranberry discs in melted dark chocolate.

1. Cut the jellied cranberry sauce into 1/2-inch discs. Place onto a parchment-lined plate and into the freezer overnight. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. The chocolate should be melted and smooth. 3. Working quickly and with two forks, dunk the frozen cranberry discs into the melted chocolate so the discs are fully covered. Place them back onto the parchment-lined plate and into the freezer for at least an hour. 4. Serve and enjoy!
