1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. 2. Add the Greek yogurt. Mix to form a doughy texture. Knead until smooth, about 2-5 minutes. 3. Roll the dough into a log on the counter, about 1” thick. Slice into 1” long pieces. 4. Brush with the egg wash. Bake at 375F for 20 - 25 minutes. 5. While the pretzel bites bake, prepare the cinnamon sugar. Simply mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. 6. Remove the pretzel bites from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Toss in the cinnamon sugar and serve.
