If you’re a fan of the classic Italian dessert but don’t have time to layer, chill, and slice—these no-bake tiramisu balls are about to become your new favorite treat.

1. Use a food processor to blitz the lady fingers into crumbs. Measure to make sure you have 3/4 cup ladyfinger crumbs. If you need more, blitz some extra. 2. In a large bowl, add in the crumbs plus mascarpone, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and espresso. Mix to evenly combine. 3. Place the cocoa powder on a plate. Use your hands to form the lady finger mixture into ping pong sized balls. Roll them in the cocoa powder until evenly coated. Place them onto a plate and into the fridge for about 30 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, pour heavy cream and remaining 2 tbsp powdered sugar into a large bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix until stiff peaks form. 5. Serve the tiramisu balls with the cream on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
