Easy Easter brunch pastries made with puff pastry, chocolate hazelnut spread, and strawberries, shaped like bunnies.

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. On a clean work surface, lay out the puff pastry. Use a cookie cutter to cut out bunny shapes (or whatever shapes you want) from the puff pastry. 3. Spoon a small amount of chocolate hazelnut spread onto half of the cut out puff pastry. Sprinkle on about a tsp size amount of the chopped strawberry onto the chocolate hazelnut spread. 4. Use the unused pieces of puff pastry to close over the chocolate covered strawberry pieces. Use the edges of a fork to seal them together. 5. Place the puff pastry sandwiches onto the parchment lined baking sheet, then brush each one with the egg wash. 6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
