Into a bowl, crack the 2 eggs. Add in the milk and a pinch of salt. Use a fork to whisk well. Heat cooking spray in a small nonstick pan over medium low. Pour in the whisked eggs. Use a rubber spatula to scramble the eggs. Once large curds have formed, but the eggs are still slightly runny, turn off the heat and remove the eggs from the pan.
