Sushi Watermelons

These adorable sushi watermelons are made from mini cucumbers, sushi-grade tuna, and black sesame seeds, served with a spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and insides of the cucumbers. Cut the tuna into strips about 1/2-inch wide and the same length as the cucumbers. Place the tuna strips inside the hollowed out cucumbers, and then cut the stuffed cucumbers into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds onto the pieces so they look like watermelons. In a small bowl, combine the kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha and mix well. Dip the sushi watermelons into this spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce. Enjoy!
