In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Melt butter and add in onion to sauté until softened, 3-5 minutes. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in the spinach artichoke dip mixture and mix in, cooking until cheese is melted. For a little added creaminess, add in chicken broth and sour cream and mix that in. Add in lemon juice and kosher salt, to taste. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Place mixture in a baking dish or small ramekins for individual servings. Top with more mozzarella and Parmesan. Use an air fryer or your oven on broil setting to get a golden exterior on the cheese. Serve with your favorite dips and bread. Enjoy!
