GIANT garlic chips 🧄 because why not I guess?! Recipe below ‼️ This was my first time making these, but I plan on using them on top of things like noodles, salad, etc. for a lil cronch and yummy flavor! 🫡

Using a mandolin or sharp knife, very thinly slice the cloves of garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, add in the thin slices of garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Use tongs to carefully flip the slices, and continue cooking for about a minute, until golden brown. Remove the slices and place them onto a paper towel-lined plate. Enjoy on top of any dish you like! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a month.
