1. In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream and protein powder. Stir to evenly mix. Set aside. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips. Microwave 1 minute and stir. If not fully melted, microwave 30 more seconds. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place 6 graham crackers down. Drizzle on the melted chocolate and spread it in a thin, even layer. 4. On top of the chocolate layer, spoon on the whipped cream mixture. Then lay 6 more graham crackers on top. 5. Place into the freezer for 30 mins to an hour to harden. Serve and enjoy!
