1. Preheat oven to 425F. Place tomatoes in a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake about 30 minutes, until fully softened and burst open. You can puncture the tomatoes with a knife to help with the bursting. 2. When the tomatoes are done, add in the garlic, parsley, basil, burrata, and Parmesan. Stir to evenly mix. Serve with toasted baguette slices. Enjoy warm!
